How to Change Your VIP Flexship

If you want to change the date on your MONAT VIP Flexship or edit your order, it's very easy. In this post I'll explain how to do it — it just takes a couple minutes.

Before I show you how to change your MONAT VIP flexship, I'll first explain how the program works.

How the MONAT VIP Flexship Program Works

One of the best things about the MONAT VIP customer program is that it is a “flexship” not an “autoship” program. Many direct sales companies require you to purchase products every single month in order to maintain your standing and continue to get discounts.

MONAT is different. They don't require you to order every month. When you join as a VIP customer and sign up for autoship, you are only required to purchase 3 times total during your lifetime.

Your first order is when you sign up, and after that you only need to order (minimum $84 USD) 2 more times.

There is no limit to how many times you can push your VIP order, and you can edit it at anytime.

How to Change Your MONAT VIP Flexship

1. Step One: Go to the MONAT website, click the LOGIN button on the top left and login using your username and password.

Don't know your username and password?

How to Change Your VIP Flexship

Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password.

2. Step Two:

Go to SHOP on the top menu bar and then click MY FLEXSHIP.

3. Step Three:

If you want to change what is in your order, click EDIT.

If you want to change or push your ship date, click CHANGE SHIP DATE.

4. Step Four:

If you are pushing your ship date, it will ask you why you want to do that. Select a reason and then click SUBMIT.
